Good morning beautiful Topsy. I looked out there in the gardens for poor Percy as soon as I was allowed down to the kitchen just before midday yesterday, but there was still no sign of him. Of course, I was in something’s way, and had to get back up here, but I looked out there for Percy as long as I could before I had to get back up here. I had another look for Percy in the late afternoon, but that thing was waiting for me to get out the way again, this time to go to the chip shop. I bought a couple of pasties for my poor Mum the other day when I was in town, and it was shovelling down one of them with a great pile of chips. I looked out there for Percy again when I went down for food, but there was still no sign of him, and I was in the way again, so I had to make do with half of a lemon cake for my dinner. If poor Percy had been there, the great gobbling lump would have had to wait while he had some food. When I got up here, some idiot started letting off nasty scary fireworks. I had to get out the way quickly with Molly last night, and I wanted to get in bed early, but my dopey head did not hit the pillows until much later than usual. I had another awful night, and was awake this morning almost an hour before I used to get up, but I got down there to the kitchen and opened the garden doors as quickly as I could. There was no sign of poor Percy or George, but when I went to open the big gates for Percy, George came along and ran inside. I waited for Percy, but he did not come along, so I left the gates and the garden doors open, and went in to give George her food. By the time that George had finished, and I had let her out with ham, Percy still had not arrived, but I had to get back up here in case I got in something’s way again. I went back down there when I thought that it was safe, but poor Percy was still not there, and it started pouring down just before I went back down there to make the coffee. I opened the garden doors and called Percy and George, but neither came, and I had to get out the way again. I will look for Percy again at midday, but I will be in something’s way again… I just hope that he snd George are there, then I will give them both some more food. Even if poor Percy is not there, I will still feed George. I love you Topsy, and I miss you too little girl. XxX
