William 21st February 2022

Good morning beautiful Topsy. Yesterday was another awful day little girl, with dopey me having to get out of somethings way whenever I went down there to the kitchen. It even waited for me to get down there before wanting to wash its huge gobbling plate, which could have been done long before. Its huge breakfasts were served up to it about two hours before midday, and must have been grabbed and shovelled down within minutes. Even the bacon that I bought for my poor Mum was grabbed and chomped down, nothing is safe. There was another storm, the wind and rain was battering the windows, and the poor trees were being blown around. I did not hear George crying, so I made my poor Mum her coffee, and got back up here out of the way before I caused any more trouble. There was a herd of lunatics out there in the lane playing football, and they were shouting very loudly. One of them had such a big annoying cakehole, and it would have been nice if the storm had blown a big gatepost into it… it would have been even better had the gatepost had a big heavy gate attached to it, and about 20 yards of barbed-wire. I had to get out of the way in the late afternoon for more gobbling, and when I went back down in the evening to get my one meal of the day, a bowl of noodles, something was waiting to come thundering down the hallway. I was very tired after I had been down for Molly, and then had to get out of the way again, so after I made sure that Molly was not going to be sick, I got into bed. I am sure that I was asleep before I closed my eyes, but my sleep did not last for long, Molly made sure of that. I have had to put a box over there on the side to stop Molly from jumping there, but she has been determined to do so for ages, and did just that about half past midnight. A big crash woke me up, and she had knocked the box down on top of Charlie’s water bowl and saucer, I could not help but swear at her, and I did apologise afterwards. Charlie’s bowl and saucer were not broken, but Molly had still made a mess, and after I had cleared it up, I got back into bed. I was so angry that I could not get to sleep, and got up, but after an hour, I was freezing, so I got back in bed. I was awake early, and went down to the kitchen. The storm was still battering the gardens, and when I opened the garden doors, Percy and George came running in together. I gave them their food, George did not want to go out when she had finished, so I left them together in the kitchen, and got back up here before I got in anythings way. Of course, I was in the way when I went back down to make some coffee, and when George wanted to go out, I did not have the time to give her any ham. I was lucky to be able to get myself a mug of coffee, and just had enough time to give poor Percy a packet of food… I hope that I can feed George at midday. I love you Topsy, I love you so much little girl, and I miss you too you beautiful brave little girl
