Good morning beautiful Topsy. I got a big shock when I got down there to the kitchen just before midday yesterday little girl… I was actually allowed to make my poor Mum and my dopey daft self a nice hot mug of coffee, but I still had to get out of the way quickly, and was back up here before ten past. I think that the ogress was snorting away somewhere, and scraping her hooves, which is why I had to get out of the way quickly. While the nasty old hot kettley thing was bubbling away, I had a quick look out there into the garden, and saw poor Percy and poor Jenny huddled up together by the big old gates. It was so cold that even dopey daft me had to wear the big old baggy jumper that Charlie loves knitting on, so Percy and Jenny must have been freezing out there in the garden… I had hoped that they could come in from the cold, but of course, they could not. Even if my poor Mum had managed to let them in, they would have been put back out again as soon as my poor Mum went into a room, and dopey daft me got back up here. I was so cold yesterday that I did not take that big old baggy jumper off until the early evening, and that is me who loves the cold… I was so glad to be able to get into bed last night. I had another good nights sleep, but woke up early again this morning, I soon fell back to sleep though. When I woke up again, I had overslept by an hour, and I got out of bed to get dressed… Molly came over to greet me, but when I went downstairs with my pots, I had to get out of my little sisters way, at that time of the morning, I am really getting fed up with this. I managed a quick look out there into the garden, and saw poor Percy sitting over there by the big old gates, and poor Jenny was waiting by the garden doors. Of course, I could not do anything but get back up here out of the way. It was no different when I went back down to make some coffee, as then I had to get out of the ogresses snorting way… I did not even have the time to get a bowl of those nutty cornflaky things, though she will make sure that she has a good feed this morning. She is trundling off out this morning, but I will probably be in the way again when I go back down to the kitchen just before midday, if I am not, I will be very surprised. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
