Good morning Toppy. I am sorry about not being on here for a week, but that nasty old cough came back, and because it was so cold, I had those terrible pains in my back again. It has not been a very good week, I was bellowed at by the ogress for daring to go down the stairs the day before yesterday, but at least she is going out today, so I will be able to feed the cats. We had a nice surprise yesterday, Jack paid us a visit, and someone had managed to clean him, and take all the knots out of his fur. They must have been very brave, it was bad enough when we had to bath Charlie, and she knew us. I opened two packets of food onto a saucer for him, but he did not want it, though he did have some sliced chicken breast that was in the fridge. We could not stay long in the kitchen, as the ogress wanted to get in there, so I put Jack's saucer of food out there with some meat that was left over from Sunday. Jack wanted to stay in, but he could not have, not with the ogress clumping around the kitchen like an old bull, maybe he will be out there again when I eventually get down to the kitchen. If my back starts up again this afternoon, I might not be able to come on here this evening little girl. The pain is so bad, I do have some cream, but that only helps while I am laying down in bed. We do love you Toppy, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
