Good morning beautiful Topsy. I did not have to let poor Percy out when I went down to the kitchen just before midday yesterday, I had to take some stuff out there to the bin, and he ran out as I came back inside. Of course, something was waiting for me to get out the way, but then I remembered that when Molly had been sick the night before, she had got a lot of it on her pillow, so I put that in the scary old washing machine to give it a good old washing, but quickly. I came up here to make the bed, and only had to wait a while for the pillow to be washed, of course, something had to wait a bit longer, but I am getting fed up with getting out the way quickly. It was the same old thing in the late afternoon, but in the evening, I was at least allowed to get some carrot cake before I had to get out the way… seeing as I had not eaten much for the past three days, it was nice to have something. After I had got out the way with Molly last night, I got in bed, and was soon asleep. I had been expecting the usual, but only woke up a couple of times, then I woke up this morning about an hour before I used to get up at. It had been raining a lot yesterday, and I was going to get up, but could not… even the thought of poor Percy being wet could not get me to move, and I went back to sleep. I woke up again exactly an hour later, and dopey me thought that it was the same time, and almost went back to sleep again. When I realised the time, I got up, and went down there to the kitchen quickly. There was no sign of poor Percy or George, but Percy soon came along when I called him, and George came along as well. I gave them their food, let George out with ham when she had finished, gave Percy his usual, then got back up here out the way… I have usually been down to see how poor Percy is doing way before the time that I got back up here. I was only up here for half an hour before I had to go back down there to make the coffee, and get two great lumps of pork out of the freezer. I bought six big lumps because I thought that they would last for six Sunday dinners, but not in this house, as something has one great lump all to itself… I will be lucky if I am allowed to get a bowl of noodles. When I took my poor Mum her coffee, that certain something was stuck there waiting for me to get out of its way, but I went back down there to see poor Percy first. He still had a lot of food on his plate, so I made a fuss of him, then got back up here to Molly. That extra hours sleep has made me feel a lot better, others do not usually get up until four or five hours after I have got up, but I do not think I will have the same luck tomorrow. I love you Topsy, and I miss you too little girl. XxX
