Good morning beautiful Topsy. The day before yesterday was an awful day little girl, as I had to wait ages to be seen at the vets with Tiddles, and of course, when I got back, something was waiting for me to get out of the way. Poor Tiddles has lost some weight, but it was still very awkward carrying her there and back, especially as she insists on coming to the front of the carrier… and she was wowing away all the time that I was waiting. As I was waiting, and waiting, and waiting past Tiddles appointment, I got angry, and raised my voice at her. It was very hot, and the lights were blazing away, and Tiddles did not get seen until half an hour past her appointment. When I eventually got back here, all I wanted was to get a drink, but ohhhh no, back up here out of somethings way I had to get. I waited until it was two hours past midday, then dared to go back downstairs for a drink. There it was, splashing around in the downstairs bathroom like a sea-cow in distress, so I got back up here, and went back down in the late afternoon. I then found out that the grinning fat coo was waiting for me to get out of the way yet again, this time, so it could go trundling round to go to the chip shop for more gobbling’s. I was glad to have to get out of the way yet again that night, and got into bed as soon as I could. I had another awful night, was awake early yesterday morning, and fed Percy and George. I left here as early as I could to go into town, and only bought myself a few packets of biscuits. The rest of the four very heavy bags, and a stuffed backpack, apart from a big box of catfood for Percy and George, and a bag of nuts for the little birds and squirrels, were for others to grab and gobble down. It was terrible trying to stagger back here with everything. I was in the way as soon as I set foot through the big scary old door, and I knew that, as I had to go back out for just a few minutes to get some milk. In that time, someone had gone barging into the kitchen, rooted through my bag with the biscuits in, and had moved things around by the time that I got back… at least poor Percy was not shoved out. I had to let him out when I was allowed back down at midday, where something was waiting for me to get out the way again. I could not eat all the small bowl of noodles that I had last evening, though something made sure that it gobbled down two great big lumps of battered cod, and most of a big bag of chips that I had bought. I was glad to have to get out of the way last night, and got into bed. I was so tired, I could not see what Molly got up to, and she had the hump with me anyway, as I had given her her flea treatment last night. She always gets the hump with me, I do not know why. I do not know what kind of night I had, but I got up a few minutes before I used to, and fed Percy and George. I let George out with ham, gave Percy his usual, then got back up here before I got in anything’s barging way. When I went down to make the coffee, I was in the way again, but I took as long as I could, and made that snorting odd thing wait more than half an hour. It will be the same at midday, so I will try to make it wait as long as I can then too. It is going to be another awful weekend little girl, but there is nothing that I can do about it… I love you Topsy, and I miss you too little girl. XxX
