Good morning beautiful Toppy. Yesterday was awful little girl, the heat was so bad, it made a freezing cold can of cider from the fridge, warm just ten minutes after I poured it out. Of course, it was much better here without odd thingy wanting me out of the way so much, but that little bit of pleasure soon ended when it came crashing through the big scary door with more chicken it wanted to gobble down. It had only shovelled down a whole roasted one the day before. All I had to eat last evening was soup, well, there is a quiche in the fridge, but what is the point in that, seeing as I can choke on it just by looking at it. If today is as bad as yesterday, I will not be having soup again this evening, and seeing that there is nothing else, I shall just have to go without… which I have to do when I have a quiche anyway. The only things that are stopping me from loosing it right now are Molly, and the little birds singing away out there. The big window is open, but it is still like a sauna in here, I cannot turn the new not so scary old fan on, as it was whirring away on full all night, and if that goes wrong, I do not know what I shall do… well, I do, I will have to use the scary old fan, and I have no idea how Molly will feel about that, as poor Charlie is terrified of it. I gave Percy and George a good feed this morning, let George out with a big lumpings of ham, and gave Percy his usual saucerful of stuff. Apart from the heat, it had been quiet out there in the gardens, but a big old dog from over the back there, has just shattered the peace with its loud barkings… and it will be barking and barking for hours now. I am sorry little girl, I cannot think of more things to tell you, this blasted heat is doing my head in. We do love you TopTops, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much, you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
