Good morning beautiful TopTops. Yesterday was another barging, snorting, thundering down the hallway day little girl. I cannot remember if I told you, but after I had put all the shopping away, odd thingy was waiting for me to get out of her blasted way… and it was an hour before midday. When I went back down there just before midday to make my poor Mum some coffee, there was odd thingy, waiting for me to get out of her way again. I was not very pleased, but what could I do… had I said anything, there would have been some wild trumpeting, more thundering down the hallway, and doors slammed. I did get a huge woolly surprise though, as I had bought my poor Mum four scotch eggs when I was in town the day before yesterday, but they were grabbed and eaten after only being in the fridge a few minutes. Eight were delivered yesterday, and they are still in the fridge. I also asked for three great big lumps of pork to be delivered, two big lumps arrived, with one so small, odd thingy could eat it for one of her breakfasts, and still look around for more. I am going to that place three towns away next week, and I was hoping so much that I would only have to get stuff that I wanted… but it looks as if I will be staggering back here with several tonnes of meat yet again. At least they delivered a huge box of catfood. I was sure that I asked for four big packety boxy thingies of ham for Percy and George, but when I had a look, they said I had not… but it took me ages to find the right ham. All they have now are two boxy thingies, and a small bit, I will have to ration it out, and George will not be happy, she expects enough on a morning that would keep a small family going for a week. Still, she will have to like it, or lump it. Molly has the hump with me, as I had to give her her flea treatment last evening. It is always the same thing, I hold her while my poor Mum put the stuff on Molly’s neck, Molly back-peddles me, goes skidding out of the kitchen, galloping up the hallway, flying up the stairs, comes in here, then hides… glaring at me from over there in one of her nests. She did not even come to greet me this morning when I got up, she just waited for me to move, then settled down. I gave Percy and George a good feed, then some ham, and when I let George out, I gave her some more ham. That tiny black cat was waiting out there yesterday when I let George out, it will sit there waiting to be fed, but will not come in… that is the only cat I have known not to want to come into our kitchen to be fed. There have been a lot of cats over the years that turn up here to be fed and loved, you being one of them, and all but one have come into the kitchen. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
