Good morning beautiful TopTops. That tiny black kitten was up in the big old tree when I went down there to the kitchen just before midday yesterday, so I opened the garden doors, and threw some ham out to the poor little thing. I had to be quick though, as the ogress was already waiting for me to get out of her snorting way… and all I could see was the little kitten, but as soon as I threw the ham out, George suddenly appeared, and gobbled it all down. I do not know why she assumes everything is for her, after all, she had already had a good feed of three packets of food, and a load of ham. I threw some more ham out, made some coffee, and then got back up here out of the ogresses way. The next time that I went down there, it was dark, so I could not see out there into the garden, which was just as well, as I had to get back up here not long after I had got down there. After I had taken Molly downstairs to see my poor Mum last night, I got into bed, as I was so tired, but as usual, I was soon awake again, and again, and again after that. When I woke up this morning, I so hoped that it was still very, very early, but no, I had overslept by ten minutes. When I got down there to the kitchen, I opened the garden doors, and Percy came running in, and George followed after a few minutes, though she seemed frightened. Some lunatic was letting off nasty old scary fireworks last night, so that is probably why. I gave them both three packets of food, then some ham, and I had to throw some ham outside when I wanted George to leave… that is when that tiny black kitten ran up. I threw some ham out there for it, but I do not know if it got it, as I had to get out of the way in case the ogress came thundering along. When I went back down to make some tea, I had to put poor Percy out, and gave him his ham… and the little black kitten came along again. I threw some more ham out there for it, but I could not hang around, as the ogress would have been waiting for me to get out of her snorting way. I would like to leave a saucer of food out there, but that is pointless, because George would eat it, but I will have another look when I go back down there just before midday. I probably will not have much time down there though, as of course, the ogress will be waiting for me to get out of her yippee-ki-snorting way. Hopefully, she will be trundling back off to work in a couple of weeks, at least then we will have a bit of a break. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
