Good morning beautiful Topsy. The ogress really did my heed in yesterday little girl, trumpeting down the hallway like a runaway elephant whenever I wanted to go downstairs. After I had been down there just before midday yesterday, I did not go back down until the late afternoon, and even then, she came slithering up the stairs just before I was going to go down there. She then went back down for her great big dinner just after I had got back up here. I was not going to have anything, but had a couple of cheese rolls last evening… thankfully, I did not choke on them. After I had eaten them, I felt a bit better, and started to feel tired, but I forgot to get into bed early, as I was reading. I woke up a few times during the night, and this morning when I woke up, I hoped that it was much earlier than I though it was. It was not though, I had overslept by fifteen minutes, and George was howling like a wolf with toothache. When I got down there to the kitchen, and had opened the garden doors, she came galloping in first, then poor Percy followed… I looked for the little black cat, but there was no sign of it anywhere. I gave Percy and George three packets of food each, and of course, George was first to finish, and then ran over to poor Percy’s plate to gobble his down. I gave her some ham, but by the time that I giving Percy some, she was on her way back over for more. It was like feeding a vacuum cleaner, and in the end, I had to throw some outside so George would go out. Percy settled down on Charlie’s chair by the scary old washing machine, I left him some ham on a plate, and got back up here before I got in the ogresses snorting, barging way. I had to let him out when I went back down to make some tea, and gave him his ham when he was outside… then George appeared out of nowhere, and snavveled it down. I made the tea as quickly as I could, then had to get out of the ogresses snorting way, at least I have not had to go downstairs for anything this morning, as she is most probably marching up and down the hallway in her jackboots. I will not be able to come on here tomorrow to Charlie and you little girl, as I have to go into town to get my dopey daft self some rolls and soup… well, that is what I was supposed to be going into town for anyway. I have another list of stuff to get, same stuff as I had delivered last week, the same stuff as I staggered back here with last week, and the same stuff that I had to get two days ago. I will be lucky if I can bring back some rolls, as I have to get more blasted bread as well… on top of everything else the ogress wallops down, she gets through a loaf of bread every two days, and a tub of butter. It is a wonder she is not helping herself to my rolls, the old ogre used to. I will be back on here the day after tomorrow little girl, though I doubt that I will be calm, not with the ogress doing what she has been doing. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much too you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
