Good morning beautiful Topsy. The ogress was waiting for me to get out of her way so that she could go trundling off out when I went down there to the kitchen just before midday yesterday, so I quickly made some coffee, and back up here I got out of the way. When I went back down there to the kitchen late yesterday afternoon, my poor Mum told me that she had seen a tiny black kitten out there in the garden. It was by that big old tree that you were in that day when you jumped into my little sisters arms, and seeing as there was yet another blasted tin to go out there to the bin, I took it out. I had seen the little squirrel getting some nuts a couple of minutes before, but I had forgotten when I opened the garden doors. At first, I could not see anything, then George came galloping up, and then I saw a tiny black kitten by the big bin. I called it, it came up to me, and allowed me to pick it up, so I brought it in for some food… I opened a packet of food, but it only ate a little bit, though it drank some cream. It had a look around, and then cried to go back out, so I had to let it go, even though I did not want too. I had wanted to get a bit of blue cheese with a few crisps, but I had to get out of the way so quickly, I did not have time. Just after I had got back up here, those nasty old scary fireworks started again, and that lunatic that laughs like a horse was snorting and hooting away… I was hoping that a large rocket would fly up his huge crater-like nose, but I do not think that happened. The noise stopped after a while, but then started again, and just got louder and louder, and there were still some going off when I got onto the bed to read. I was so tired, and had wanted to get into bed early, but of course, that was not going to happen… I cannot remember when I finally fell asleep, but I only woke up once, and when I woke up this morning, I had overslept by ten minutes. Yesterday morning I felt like I had hardly any sleep, and it was the same this morning, I did not want to get up, but poor Percy and George were waiting to be fed. More bottles were slung down there by the garden doors when I got down there to the kitchen, and when I opened the doors, poor Percy came running in with George… I looked for the little black kitten, but it was not there. Percy and George had a good feed, then some ham, and when George had finished that, she went out. Poor Percy got onto the laundry bag, so I left him there, and got back up here out of the way. I had to let him out when I went back down to make some coffee… I looked for the kitten, but there was no sign of it. After I had made the coffee, I then had to get out of the ogresses snorting way, and up here I got with Molly. My poor Mum told me the other day that the ogress will not be going to work tomorrow, and will be here for a month thanks to blasted lockdown again. It is bad enough as it is, but now we have her for a month. Still, it cannot be as bad as it was last time little girl, we had to put up with her for five months then. I could not get the usual blasted sausages that are slapped, chomped, and munched down almost every day when I went into town the other day, so I had to get different ones instead. Judging by the crashing, banging, and swearing coming from the kitchen, the ones that I bought have just been found. I have ordered four packs of the blasted things to be delivered the day after tomorrow with the shopping, but I doubt that they will be delivered… along with the Vimto that I have been trying to bring back from town for about six weeks. I should not have to bring anything but rolls and catfood back with me when I go into town, but I doubt that that will happen either. We do love you TopTops, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much too you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
