Our brave little friend. Today has been noisy, but it has been nice and cold too. I could not get down to the kitchen when I wanted to, but when I did get down there, there was yet another big pile of stuff to go out to the bins. When I opened the garden doors, Percy, Jenny, and George came galloping in, but there was no sign of the Burmese cat or Jack anywhere. I made some noises, but they still did not come running, and then the Burmese cat came clambering over the big old gates, wowing and wowing as loud as she could. When I got back into the kitchen, I opened five packets of whatever in gravy onto the big plate, a packet of whatever in gravy and a packet of something in jelly onto a saucer for the Burmese cat, added a load of biscuits, and put it down for them. I took the Burmese cat over to the other side of the kitchen so that she could eat in peace, and tried not to get angry with the teeth clanging off the big plate, then champing, and the rough tongues licking the plate. It does not usually bother me, just lately when I have been feeling low, it has gotten to me. When they had all finished, I washed up, and got back up here with Molly. The fireworks started early today little girl, some idiot was letting them off this afternoon, and it has hardly stopped since... big cakehole's, dogs howling and barking, and plenty of door slamming has made it a typical day, it has felt like a normal day of the week instead of a Saturday, and tomorrow will be the same. I think that I will be awake tomorrow around the same time as I was this morning, and I will try to remember to look out there in the garden for the cats when I get down to the kitchen. We do love you Toppy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
