Good morning beautiful Topsy. Apart from the moronic fat-tongued odd swamp things dog barking and jumping at the fence, it was a nice quiet day yesterday, but it just seemed to get hotter and hotter as it got into the evening. I was glad to be allowed to have the big window open, that big old dog over the back there barked a bit, but apart from that and the swamp things dog, it was okay… I do not think that the swamp things came out of their smelly old cave at all, probably to drunk and stoned to do so. I was not even able to stay down there in the kitchen for a couple of minutes when I went down there yesterday just before midday, as usual, the ogress was waiting for dopey daft me to get out of her snorting, thundering way so that she could go trundling off out. Of course, she did not get the blasted sausages that she loved to wallop down, that has been left to dopey daft me to get when I go into town again on Thursday… and she knows that I hate having to get meat. It was so hot last night that I just laid on the bed reading with the new not so scary old fan turned on full, when I was cool enough, I got into bed, but I do not know if I had a good night. I woke up early, but I was so tired that I went back to sleep, and when I woke again, I had overslept by just over half an hour. I got dressed, staggered down there to the kitchen, and opened the garden doors… Percy came running in, but I had to wait for George to come skidding around the corner on two legs. I gave them a good feed, I have only just realised that I forgot to shake some biscuits on, and it was soon gone… when they had finished, I let them out, washed up, and got back up here out of the way. I went down to the kitchen early to make some coffee, but it did not matter if I had gone down there two hours early, I still had to get out of the ogresses snorting way. My hands are very hot, I think today is going to be very hot, even though it is dark, and looks like it is going to rain. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
