Good morning beautiful Topsy. The rubbish blokes were here early yesterday morning, so I was able to leave here, and try to get back before I got in anything’s way. It was a nice walk in to town, and I was able to get nearly everything that was on the list, but of course, the only things I could not get were stuff that I wanted. Both shelves where the babybel cheeses usually are, had been grabbed and emptied, and there were still no carrot cake or lemon slices. I was surprised to be able to get those new biscuits for Molly, but they will soon be gone. Even though I had nearly £250 worth of stuff delivered just two days beforehand, I still had to spend nearly another £100 yesterday, and there was just a few packets of biscuits for dopey me. It was awful staggering back here, I had four heavy bags, and awkward bag, and my backpack stuffed full of heavy things, and I was glad to get through the door. Of course, as soon as I stepped through the door, something wanted to get in the kitchen… it had had all the time that I was out of here to go in there, but ohh no, it waited for me to come back. I had that again at midday, and the late afternoon, and I had to get back up here so quickly in the evening, I did not have any time to get anything to eat, though the big lump made sure that it shovelled down a big fry-up. I was so angry, that I shouted at Molly when she was sick on the bed. She has been determined to do so for a long time, and last night, she ran off when I tried to pick her up and put her over there by the door. If I had not had that big old sheet covering everything, I do not know what I would have done… at least I remembered to take her back down there to give her the flea treatment. Of course, I was in the way again, and got back up here out of the way as quickly as I possibly could, which made me even angrier than I already was. I was not expecting a good night, but for some reason, I got one, and woke up this morning half an hour before I used to get up at… it was much, much earlier yesterday. Poor Percy ran in as soon as I opened the garden doors, and George came along while I was putting rubbish in the bins. I gave them their food, let George out with a big lump of ham, gave Percy his usual, then got up here before I got in anythings stinking way, though I went back down there a couple of times to see how Percy was. Of course, when I took my poor Mum her coffee, something was stuck there like a large, beached walrus, waiting for me to get out of its way. I went back down there to see poor Percy first though, and gave him a packet of food before getting back up here. I know that the next three days are going to be truly awful, if that big lump is not slamming doors as hard as it can, its great big green-toothed everything-hole will be bellowing at my poor Mum. Just to think… I thought that things were bad with that evil old ogre, but at least then, I could have a proper meal three or maybe four times a week if I was lucky, unless he caught me that is. I would get such an evil glare from him, that I would have to throw it away. I love you Topsy, and I miss you too little girl. XxX
