Good morning beautiful Topsy. To my big pineappley-nosed surprise, yesterday morning and afternoon were very quiet, though each time that I went down there to the kitchen, something was waiting for me to get out of their way. At midday, when I let poor Percy out, it was waiting for me to get out the way so it could go trundling off out… at least Percy was allowed to finish his food this time. It could have gone trundling out before I went down there, but that would have been to easy. When I went down there in the late afternoon, it was waiting for me to get out the way so it could go to the chip shop for more greedy shovelling’s, so I just got back up here. When I went down there to get something to eat for the evening, it was waiting for me to get out the way so that it could come thundering down the hallway… I had just enough time to get some lemon slices that I had in the fridge. When I went down there for Molly last night, it was waiting to come thundering down the hallway again. I am not sure, but I think that I heard that screaming lunatic out there, but I was so tired, it could have been anything. When I got in bed, I was hoping for a good night, and I think that I got one, though I was awake earlier this morning than I was yesterday. I had to give Molly her flea treatment last night, so I was expecting her to ignore me for a few days, but she came to greet me as I crawled out of bed, which was a surprise. I got another surprise when I got down there to the kitchen. When I opened the garden doors, poor Percy came in first, then George, and I gave them two packets of food each. I somehow remembered to keep an eye on Percy, and he ate nearly all of his food, finishing before George, but I forgot to give George some ham when I let her out… I will give her more later. I gave Percy his usual, then got back up here out of the way, just in case something was waiting to come thundering down the hallway again. When I went back down there to make the coffee, poor Percy had not had the time to finish his usual, and seeing as it is that day of the week where something shovels down even more than it usually does, I had to let him out. He went straight to the garden doors when I called him, and when I had let him out, I took my poor Mum her coffee… where it started all over again, and something was waiting for me to get out of its greedy, selfish way. I cannot see it being quiet for three days in a row little girl, something has to happen today, and if it does not, then we are on unprecedented ground… three days without a screaming lunatic running round the swamp has not happened before. I love you Topsy, I do love you little girl, and I do miss you, I miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
