William 21st March 2022

Good morning beautiful Topsy. I was hoping that yesterday was going to be a beautiful, quiet, none-lunatic-disturbing day, but of course, that was not going to happen. There was great big cakeholes out there in the lane, bigger cakeholes up the side over there, and that screaming little coo over the back there was at its worst. That dog that barks for hours on end also decided to chime in with its woofing’s, so I was almost driven up the wall. Add that with the usual old cobblers of me having to get out of the way each time that I went down there to the kitchen, and I was not very happy at all… but there was more. I bought two big packs of mushrooms the other day, and I would have liked to have had some with a quiche last evening, not all of them, just a few. Seeing as one pack was grabbed, washed, cooked, and gobbled down with large breakfasts yesterday, I thought that I just might be allowed to do that. Of course, that was not going to happen was it, as they were grabbed, washed, cooked, and gobbled down with huge blasted dinners. I had to make do with another bowl of blasted noodles last evening, and I could not eat all of them, but I suppose I should be grateful that they have not been seen and gobbled down as well. At least I was able to give Percy and George some more food in the short time that I was down there, at least they did not have to go hungry. After I had gotten out of somethings way with Molly for the last time last night, I waited for Molly to settle down, and then got into bed. However, Molly was waiting for me to settle down before she could start getting into her usual mischievousness, and she started just a few minutes after I had got into bed, by jumping up on the side over there. I had to get out of bed, to make sure that she did not go back there… my head hit the pillows much later than usual. I do not know what kind of night I had, but I was awake even earlier than usual this morning, and was so tired, I could hardly move. Molly came to greet me as I crawled out of bed, but that was only so she could settle down on the duvet thing where I had been laying. When I got down there to the kitchen, I fed Percy and George, but they left a load of food as usual… I shall have to see what flavour they are, as they never leave so much, even when someone else is feeding them. George did not even want any ham when she went out, and when I went back down there to make the coffee, something was waiting for me to get out of the way. At least I will have a break today, that is if that squawking little coo from over the back there does not start again. I love you and I miss you so much beautiful Topsy. XxX
