Good morning beautiful Toppy TopTops. Yesterday was more or less another in the way day little girl… I have started going back downstairs an hour after midday to see if my poor Mum is okay, and to see if she wants the heating turning on. However, odd thingy has noticed this, and has decided to block the whole hallway the past two days that I have tried to get down there. I suppose that I am lucky that it was not bent over, because that is a horrific sight. I do not know how it does it, I think that it dislocates all six of its hips, as it is bent forward double… there is many a time that I would rather that my eyes fell out onto the floor, than see that. I remember one Christmas when the old ogre came staggering down the stairs with a Christmas tree, odd thingy was bent over like that in the hallway, and the old ogre tripped, then went running down the hallway holding the tree. It was so funny, that my poor Mum and my other sister could not help crying with laughter, and I do not know what happened to the poor tree. Had I been there, I would have been laughing so much, I would have probably got an accidental thing happen to me. It took my poor Mum and my other sister several attempts to tell me, and I was crying with laughter then… the old ogre and odd thingy were not happy at all, but it would have been different if it was one of us. It got very cold yesterday, poor Percy did not want to go out when I had to put him out, but I had no choice… huge breakfasts had to be cooked. By late yesterday afternoon, it was even colder, and by last night when I took Molly down to see my poor Mum, it was freezing up her, but the heating was on downstairs. I was asleep not long after getting into bed, and had a good night, I only woke up twice. I was awake early this morning, got up, got dressed, and went straight downstairs to open the garden doors… poor Percy and George came running in, and I gave them both a good feed, followed by some ham. When I put George out, I gave her some more ham, gave poor Percy his, then got back up here before it was decided that I was in the way. It was only when I opened the curtains on the landing, did I notice that it had been snowing. There was not much out there, nothing like the huge pile we used to get, and I felt guilty for putting George out… though I had to, as she and Percy are always fighting. Molly wanted me to make a fuss of her when I sat down, and when I went back down to make some coffee, I turned the heating on as it was so cold. I made the coffee, got some biscuits from the fridge, and then I had to get back up here out of the way yet again. All I can hear is odd thingy yanking the lights on and off in the downstairs bathroom, it knows that it annoys me, and that is why it does it… exactly the same thing as what the old ogre would do. What awaits me when I go down there just before midday I do not know, but what I do know is that poor Percy will be wanted out of the way, and I will be allowed just a few minutes to do that, and then get my poor Mum’s coffee ready before I have to get back up here again. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
