William 1st January 2021

Good morning beautiful Topsy. The day before yesterday was a bit better than the other days have been little girl, I even managed to eat some cheese and onion rolls without choking. I am surprised that they are still there, as everything else has been gobbled down by the ogress, I even managed to have another bowl of spaghetti in the evening. After I had taken Molly down to see my poor Mum, and then got out of the ogresses way, I got into bed. It was so cold that I could not sit here any longer, and I did have a good sleep, though I was awake very, very early. It was even colder, and after I had staggered downstairs with my pots, I was going to let poor Percy and George in early… but of course, I was not able to do that. I was stood in the hallway putting my hoodie thingy on, when all of a sudden I heard something creeping along the hallway, I do not know how I did not shout out in horror. It was more or less the middle of the night, and there was dopey daft me in the blasted ogresses snorting way again… I was tired and confused, and thought that it was a great big spidery thing. I had to get back up here out of her blasted way until she finally went slithering away, and I could go back down there to the kitchen again. When I got down there, she had left me yet another great big woolly surprise, more of her guzzled bottles. I had mentioned so many times that recycling would not be coming until the start of next week, and to please hold back with all the paper, cardboard, and rubbish that she somehow manages to conjure up out of thin air. I might have just as well told Molly though, because at least sometimes, she listens to me… the new cardboard and paper bin was stuffed more than it was the day before, and the daft coo had broken the last one by doing that. She had also managed to shove more stuff into the bin, and if she breaks that, she can clear it up… she will not get my poor Mum to do that again. If that was not enough, there was a load of tins left on the side, she must be guzzling two tins of cream down a day, When I opened the garden doors, poor Percy and George ran in, and when I had taken out her blasted bottles, I got them something to eat. When George had finished, I let her out, gave her a load of ham, and left poor Percy down there with a load of ham. When I had made my poor Mum her tea, and had got out of the ogresses snorting way yet again, I left here to get my odd woolly heed shaved again… not knowing that the barbers had been forced to shut, still I had a nice long walk there, and then into town. I had to go into the odd freezery place to buy more turkey first. The big old shoppy place was absolutely packed with barging, mumbling, growling odd humans, and I forgot a load of stuff. Catfood, blasted sausages, mushrooms, and other stuff. I was wondering why I was not staggering back with loads of stuff, and did not realise until much later. There will be a lot of snorting, growling, barking, and muttering on Sunday morning when the ogress finds out that I did not by myself any mushrooms for her to gobble down. She will be even worse when she finds out that there are no blasted sausages as well. When I got back here, I had to let poor Percy out, as there had been moanings and mutterings about him… he is not doing anyone any harm curled up on Charlie’s chair by the scary old washing machine, it is just that the ogress wants to get her gigantic arshe walloped down there, after all, the chair made out of reinforced steel. I had mushroom soup with a good walloping of black pepper last evening, and when I finally got into bed, I was absolutely freezing. Nasty old scary fireworks were whizzing and banging away out there, but I was soon asleep, but I woke up a couple of times. I overslept this morning by ten minutes, I was hoping for half an hour, but I got up to feed Percy and George. I managed to get down there to the kitchen without getting in the ogresses barging, creeping way. They both ran in when I opened the garden doors, and I gave them a good feed, followed by a load of ham… at least I remembered to buy two big packs of that yesterday. When I had let George out, and given her more ham, I left poor Percy curled up on Charlie’s chair, and got out the way before I was scared rigid again. When I went back down to the kitchen to make some coffee, my poor Mum said that Percy could stay in until midday. When I took my poor Mum’s coffee into one of the rooms for her, out of the ogresses way I had to get again. I did want to keep going down there to see Percy, but all I have heard are the crashings, bashings, hooves, and thunderings of that blasted ogress going up and down the hallway, skidding into the kitchen or bathroom, and then back up the hallway again. She must have been in that bathroom 3,000 times already this morning. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl.
