Good morning beautiful TopTops. I thought the ogress was not going out yesterday, but of course, when I went down there to the kitchen just before midday, she was waiting for me to get out of her snorting, yippee-ki-way again. I cannot remember much else about yesterday, just having some mushroom soup in the evening, then getting into bed after I had taken Molly downstairs last night… I was severely knackered, and fell asleep straight away. I only woke up once, and it was too early to get up, and when I woke up again, I had overslept by fifteen minutes. Molly came to greet me as I got out of bed, then I went downstairs to feed Percy and George. There was a load of tins to go out, even though I only took out a great big pile two mornings ago, and when I opened the garden doors, Percy and George came running in… that tiny black kitten was out there, and allowed me to stroke it. After I had given poor Percy and George their food, I put a saucer of food out there for the little kitten, but when I let George back out, it was still there. I left poor Percy curled up on Charlie’s chair by the scary old washing machine, and got back up here before I got in the ogresses way. When I went back down to make some coffee, I had to put poor Percy back out, and the saucer of food was still there, so I put some ham out there too. When I looked again, the saucer was clean, so poor Percy must have eaten it, and that little kitten was still there. I tried to give it some ham when I went out there for the saucer, but it did not want any… and I could not hang around any longer. When I took my poor Mum’s coffee into one of the rooms for her, the ogress was already waiting for me to get out of her way so that she could go thundering down the hallway, so up here I had to get. She is supposed to be going out soon, but I will not believe that until I have seen it, and then Molly’s tray will be in for a good scrubbing at last. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
