Our clever little friend. It went quiet for a little while this morning little girl, but when I went out into the garden to look at the bucket of seed, them over there at that big old shouty slammy house started slamming doors as hard as they possibly could. I managed to feed the Burmese cat, Percy, Jenny, Jack, and George today, and I gave them a good feed as well. I opened six packets of food onto the big plate, and that was on top of what Molly had left last night, and I opened two tins of shredded chicken breast for Jack. Molly and Tiddles had turned their noses up at that kind of food, but the cats did not mind it at all, the big plate was cleared and licked clean in a couple of minutes. The Burmese cat and George had started on Jack while I was getting the food ready, but I put a stop to that. When they had finished, I had trouble getting the Burmese cat, Percy, and Jack to go back out... Jack even growled at me, but he could not stay, and I could not pick him up. His coat is all sticky, and he smells terribly of pee, I am glad that he now comes in, because I do not fancy picking him up to put him on the shed for his food the way he is now. The ogress came back before I went down to the kitchen to feed the cats, but she was waiting for me to get out of her way so that she could go out again... though I did take my time down there. When I had washed up, I got back up here out of the way. It was quiet for a little while this afternoon, then some screaming started, and went away, and just as it ticked into the evening, scary old fireworks were let off. Just before I went down to the kitchen for my rolls, I heard some screaming and screeching out there by the lane, and when I got down there, my poor Mum told me what it was... that mini swamp-witching thing was out there, and had brought its great big cakehole with it. I could not believe it, I was hoping that the council had got it banned, but ohhh no, it is back. What it was doing out there in the dark I do not know, maybe the evil old grandmothering swamp-witch is teaching it to run up and down the lane with saucepan lids tied to its feed, just as the crazy old grandmother does. I will probably oversleep again in the morning little girl, but it will only be for about half an hour. We do love you Toppy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
