Good morning beautiful Topsy. For some strange reason, it was quiet out there yesterday, then just before evening crept in, I could hear the same noises that I hear over there at the stinking odd swamp, but they were way, way over the back there… I know how the poor humans who live next door to that racket must have felt. I could even hear the same rotten odd tinny music that they play. Molly did not cry to go back downstairs last night, so I could have had en early-ish night, had it not been for that racket… it was still going on when my eyes would not stay open any longer, and I had those waxy earoley thingies shoved in my ears. When I woke up this morning, I thought that it was early, but it was not, and I had overslept by half an hour. When I got down there to the kitchen, I had to clear up after the ogress, and then I opened the garden doors. Poor Percy had been crying as I was tidying up, and he flew in, with George not far behind. I gave them both two packets of food, then they had some turkey ham, George decided to help herself to poor Percy’s, and she had more than he did to begin with. I had to put her out so that Percy could finish his, and then I let him out. As usual, I had to get out of the ogresses snorting way when I went back down there to make some coffee, and Molly has not been near me yet. I still cannot remember much else to tell Charlie and you little girl, maybe tonight I will have a good enough sleep to remember to tell you things as I did three days ago. We do love you Topsy, we love you,so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much too you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
