Good morning beautiful Topsy. It was a lot much cooler yesterday little girl, we even had some rain, and the smell was beautiful from out there in the gardens. It was also a lot quieter yesterday, apart from a few great big chuntering cakehole's from over the back there, and out there in the lane. The only trouble that dopey daft me had yesterday, was almost being flattened when the ogress came barging into the room that I was in, how I missed having the door shoved into my face, I do not know. When I went down to the kitchen just before midday, I noticed that the ogress had gone trundling off out, and then my poor Mum told me that the ogress had gone trundling off out about an hour and a half before I came down there. I knew that the ogress would be crashing through the big scary old door at any moment, so I got my poor Mum and Molly into the kitchen, closed the big scary old kitchen door, and made some coffee. Of course, the ogress did not come crashing through the big scary old door while we were in the kitchen, so I made sure that my poor Mum and Molly got into one of the rooms quickly. Then I took my poor Mum her coffee, picked Molly up, and was just about to leave the room when the door was shoved open as hard as possible… it was the ogress, snorting away, and when she heard me shout out, she went spinning off down the hallway. I do not know how Molly and me were not hit by the door being shoved open as hard as possible, the ogress did not make the usual crashing, banging, and clattering noises that she makes when she comes crashing through the big scary old door. There was no sound of wood splitting, metal bending, or glass breaking… she came through that big scary old door as quietly as she possibly could, and came crashing through the room door instead. How she knew I was in there I do not know, but I got back up here out of her way as quickly as I could, and did not go back down there to the kitchen until over four hours later, and even then, I had to get out of the way again. I had to get out of the way when I went down there to the kitchen for my rolls, and then again when I went back down to give Tiddles her chicken soupy thing… I did not dare to try to go back down there again after. I had a really good sleep last night, but I still did not want to get up this morning, even though I had overslept by fifteen minutes… I did get up though, as Percy and George would be waiting to be fed. When I got down there in the kitchen, I opened the garden doors, Percy and George came running in, I gave them a good feed, let them out when they had finished, washed up, and got back up here before I got in the ogresses snorting way. Of course, I had to get out of the way when I went back down to make some coffee, but I did manage to get some biscuits from the fridge… the ogress was thundering down the hallway before I had even got sat down in here. I said to Charlie that I was hoping that it would stay nice and quiet today, but I have just heard some big chuntering cakeholing kids out there in the lane, oh well little girl. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
