Good morning beautiful Topsy. Tiddles was seen to just after I got to the vets yesterday little girl, and she has lost 1kg in a month, her gums have healed, and I have to take her back there next month so she can check her weight and ears. When I got back here with Tiddles, I came up to see Molly, and then went into town… I was dreading going into the shops. I managed to get my poor Mum some chicken in the odd freezery place, and I managed to get a lot of stuff in the big old shoppy place too. Of course, I could not get my dopey daft self anything, as all the soups that I have had been grabbed, and so had the noodles. I only have mushroom, vegetable, and potato and leek soups, and the shelves are usually stacked with them, but those grabbing odd humans had taken everything, and just left the yucky stuff… I did manage to buy some cat biscuits though, so at least Percy and George have them. I did want to buy some Catsan, but all that had been grabbed as well, but I was glad that I did not buy some. What I had to carry home weighed enough as it was, with a 20kg bag of Catsan, I do not think that I would have made it. Tried to order some from the usual place that I buy it from, but all that had been grabbed, but I found a place in Scotland, so I ordered two big bags, and they will be here around midday today. I had to come home a different way that I usually do, if I had come the usual way that I go, I would have been trampled on by the ogress trundling along. I had been waiting for her to get out of the way for ages so that I could clean Molly's tray… I clean it out every day, but it needed a good scrubbing, and I can only do it when the ogress goes trundling off out. She came crashing through the big scary old door last week while Molly was in the hallway… I had a feeling that she would be coming back home yesterday, even though my poor Mum said that she would not be, so I left my keys in the big scary old door. Just as Molly's tray was being scrubbed clean, and Molly was snuttering around by the big scary old door, I heard her key go into the lock, and then the big scary old door was almost broken down… but she did not stop there, she just kept trying and trying, and poor Molly was scared. I cannot remember swearing, but I did, and just about managed to get Molly into the downstairs bathroom before the big scary old door was broken down. The ogress went snorting into one of the rooms when I let her in, but I was not going to get out of her way, and took as long as I could before I got out of her way. It was only later that I found out that the ogress was shovelling down some of the chocolates that I bought my poor Mum for Mother's Day. When I got back up here with Molly, I was hoping that she would use her tray before I had something to eat, but she waited until last evening before I had my soup, and then she went in there and did her usual pongy thing. I have given up on hoping for a good nights sleep little girl, and as usual, I did not have one last night, though I overslept by half an hour this morning. I went down to feed Percy and George, and gave them two packets of food with a load of biscuits, they both finished about the same time, and then I let George out. Percy stayed in until I went back down to make some coffee, and I had to be quick, as I had to get out of the ogresses snorting way. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
