Good morning beautiful Topsy. The ogress had gone trundling off out by the time that I got down to the kitchen just before midday yesterday, but I still had to get out of the way. I just had enough time to look out there into the garden for Percy and Jenny… I cannot remember if I saw them, but I did see a beautiful jay getting some seed and nuts from the big bucket. Just a couple of mouthfuls it got, and then flew off, unlike a greedy fat pig-eon, who would stay there all day if it could. Of course, just as I was going to go down to the kitchen to cut up some salad for my egg rolls, the ogress came crashing through the big scary old door, and I had to wait until she had finished clumping around before I could go down there to the kitchen. It looks like I am going to have to stop going down to the kitchen at that time now, just as I did just before four, and just before two, as then she would be just coming crashing through the big scary old door as well… just as the old ogre used to. There was times when he was here that I could not go downstairs for more than seven hours, because as soon as I would open the door, he would hear me, and go galloping down the hallway… and I was not allowed to be in his way, if I was, all hell would break loose, and that is just how the ogress is. I had a good sleep last night, but was awake very, very early this morning, as I had to go to the bathroom, but I got straight back into bed, and went back to sleep. When I woke up, I had overslept by forty minutes, so I got dressed, and went down there to the kitchen. It was still dark, and there was yet more bottles, tins, and cardboard waiting for me to take them out there to the bins. When I opened the garden doors, poor Percy came galloping up the garden, and flew into the kitchen, then George arrived as I was over there at the bins. There was no sign of Jenny anywhere, she did not even come running when I called her. After I had given Percy and George their food, I kept calling for Jenny, but she did not come, I was hoping that she would be waiting when I let Percy and Jenny out, but she was not, so I got back up here out of the way. I had another look for Jenny when I went back down to the kitchen to make some tea, but she still was not there, and I could not hang around, as I had to get out of the ogresses way. While I was tapping away on here to Charlie, I heard Jenny crying, and hurried back down there to the kitchen. When I opened the garden doors, she flew in, she was wet, and crying loudly. I opened two packets of food onto a saucer, added biscuits, and put it over there by the garden doors for her… it was pouring down, and I looked out there for poor Percy, but he was nowhere to be seen, he was probably sheltering under a nasty old dirty scary car. As it was pouring down, I asked my poor Mum if Jenny could stay in, and she said yes, but just after I had got back up here, I heard someone going down the hallway. Poor Jenny was probably let out, and will be out there in the rain, and the nasty old scary wind is blowing away out there, I hope that they all have not gone to far away. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
