Good morning beautiful Topsy. I am so sorry about not being able to come on here to you yesterday morning little girl… I was up very, very early yesterday morning so I did not get in the way of the ogress, who was going trundling out early, but I still got in her way. When she had gone out, that was the only chance that I could have to change the locky thing on the downstairs bathroom, if I had done it when she had been here, I would have been trampled on every five minutes by her hooves. She is galloping in and out of the downstairs bathroom so many times, I would not have had chance to get a screwdriver out. The old ogre was the same… one day I was fitting a new toilet seat, as he had broke the other one, it was a couple of minutes past midday, and through the big scary old door he came crashing wanting me out of the way as quickly as possible, I do not think that he had been at work for five hours. Of course, the toilet seat that I had fitted was broken again before the day was out, but it was not him, as he did not do things like that. I had started tapping away on here to Charlie as soon as I could, and was almost finished when the ogress went out, and that is when I changed the locky thing on the downstairs bathroom door. I expected to do it in about half an hour, but the old one was so old that it took me almost an hour to get it off, as the screws had broken… and then the new-fangled one did not fit properly, so I had to make it fit, which took absolutely ages. When I saw what time it was, I came up here to send Charlie's message off, but I had to go back downstairs as I did not know when the ogress would come crashing through the big door. I do not know when she came back, but I think that I had just gotten back up here out of the way with Molly when she came crashing through the big scary old door, and went galloping in there… had the old ogre been here, it would have been broken by now. I am waiting for the ogress to break it, it should not be long before she does, the chain on the plug on the sink in the downstairs bathroom has mysteriously been broken, like the one on the bath, and the one on the kitchen sink was before that… and it takes some doing to break them. I got Molly's catcave out for her yesterday evening, and she went in there straight away, she was still in it when I got into bed last night, and is in there now, I know that Charlie and you would love yours. We do love you Topsy, we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
