Good morning brave Topsy. I managed to feed Percy, Jenny, and George after I had put away the shopping that was delivered about half an hour before midday yesterday… I made sure that they had a good feed, the same as I had done the day before. I had stayed downstairs much longer than I usually do, so I had to get back up here quickly, I do not think that I had shut the door before the ogress was galloping past to go clomping down the stairs again. She has started to slither up the stairs and into her cave about ten minutes before I down there to the kitchen, and will come trundling back down as soon as I get back up here. The old ogre used to do more or less the same thing, and I do not know why she has suddenly started to do it, it is very annoying… especially as she thinks that she is creeping up the stairs, as I can plainly hear her, I could hear her with the telly turned up loud. The ogress is treating the place where she works to her appearance today, but I will still not be able to feed the cats, I will only be able to stay downstairs for a couple of minutes before I have to get back up here out of the way. I will give the cats a good feed early tomorrow morning… it is pointless me getting into bed tonight, I keep waking up during the night, and not being able to get up on a morning when I should do. Having just thought about it, Molly will probably keep me awake wondering why I am stuck in this chair… maybe I should just go and sleep in the garden, but then that big-nosed, nosey old evil gnome from over the road there will probably spot me with his binoculars. I do not know what to do little girl. We do love you Topsy we love you so much little girl, and we do miss you, we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXX
