Good morning Toppy. I had to go into town yesterday to buy some more cat food, as I thought that there was none left in the box when I got up early yesterday morning. The Burmese cat, Percy, Jenny, and George were all out there in the garden when I got down to the kitchen, but I could not feed them. I was going to leave here as soon as I could, but when I opened the big scary old door, it had just started raining. I was going to walk into another town to buy two big boxes of cat food, but I decided to go into town and get one instead when I saw that it had started raining. I waited for the rain to ease off a bit. but it did not, it started pouring down... had I left when it started raining, I would have gotten soaked to the bone. I waited until the rain stopped, and took a chance to walk into town. There were no cats out there when I left, and thankfully, I did not see any whiskery lunatics on my way into town, but I shall have to be on my guard next week when I go to that other town. For some reason, I did not get in anyone's way yesterday, and I did not get soaked either. I had only been back a few minutes when it started pouring down again. I managed to get down to the kitchen just before midday, and fed Percy, Jenny, and George... but there was no sign of the Burmese cat. I could not stay down there in the kitchen for long, so after I had fed them, I made some tea, and got back up here out of the way. My poor Mum called me after the ogress had gone trundling off out, as Jack and the Burmese cat had come running in when the ogress opened the big scary old door. Jack had just come straight in, and I was so glad to see him, as i had not seen him for about three week... he was absolutely filthy, God knows where he goes to get in the state that he gets in, but all the other cats are clean. The Burmese cat and Jack had two packets of food each in a bowl, but when the Burmese cat had finished hers, she went over to start on Jack's, so I had to put her back outside. Jack did not finish his food, and it was obvious what he wanted, a nice bowl of cream, and when he had finished that, I had to put him back out. His fur was all tacky and yucky, and I had to give my hands a thoroughly good washing afterwards, I have never seen a cat in a state that Jack gets himself into... where he goes, I do not know. I would not like the chance to give Jack a good bath, he might not come back if I did, and I do not want that happening. The ogress has just gone trundling off out early today, I do not know if she is timing herself to come crashing through the big scary old door when I go down to the kitchen just before midday or not. If she does not, I still will not be able to feed the cats, as my little sister will want me out of the way as soon as i get down there. If I cannot get on here this evening little girl, I will be back in the morning. We love you so much Toppy, we do love you little girl, and we do miss you , we miss you so much you beautiful brave little girl. XXXXXX
